Costa Pty Ltd Berry Category is Australia's largest berry producer with multiple sites located across Australia. Our Gingin operation is looking for Harvest Supervisor's to join our team. This is a casual role the farm operates 7 days a week including weekend requirements with rostered days off.It is located 25 minutes from Yanchep/Two Rocks and 15 minutes from Gingin town site.
About the role
The main focus of this role is to supervise and co-ordinate the fruit picking teams, to ensure fruit harvest is completed on time to the required standards
Key responsibilities include:
- People performance management
- Harvest management system and record keeping
- Training and coaching
- Quality assurance and safety
About You
To be successful in this role you will have to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and an ability to drive team performance
- Initiative to solve problems when in the field
- Ability to use the HMS software (will be trained on site)
- With the opportunity for personal development within Costa

Driver's license and own transport is essential. Flexibility in work pattern to accommodate the varying fruit harvest level is also required.
